The move was necessitated by unprecedented growth in its core business of design and manufacturing of electrical assemblies and kits. The new office building will serve as corporate headquarters, and house the operations, engineering design, project management, product development, business development, purchasing/supply chain, and accounting functions. All manufacturing and warehousing will continue at the Elder Creek Road facility in Sacramento.

The three projects combined total about 1.5 million solar panels capable of generating up to 120 MW of electricity, enough energy to power nearly 18,000 homes for a year.
