This will be a page with a javascript-rich feature that pops up the product options out of the box when a selection is made. There will be a “Get a Quote” button displayed. When the Get a Quote button is displayed, it will smoothly scroll down to the product selections and the cart quote will be pre-loaded based on the phase selection.
