• What is your favorite thing about your job? I love to figure out creative solutions to HR business problems that help the team reach its goals. Oftentimes HR can be seen as a roadblock to getting things done. I like to create things that contribute to the solution. Seeing positive results is the best.
• What is your favorite book? 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This was a game-changer for me. I’ve probably read it 20+ times. 
• What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not working? I absolutely love the beach. I go as often as I can. Any tropical destination will do just fine. No matter the weather.
