Construction Innovations announced today it has occupied 20,000 square feet of new corporate office space in the Mather Center Office Park located in Mather, California. The move was necessitated by unprecedented growth in its core business of design and manufacturing of electrical assemblies and kits. The new office building will serve as corporate headquarters, and house the operations, engineering design, project management, product development, business development, purchasing/supply chain, and accounting functions. All manufacturing and warehousing will continue at the Elder Creek Road facility in Sacramento.
Three solar projects are underway in collaboration with the U.S. Navy and Air Force. When complete, these projects will be among Florida’s largest solar projects and one of the largest solar project installations east of the Mississippi River.
Under contract to Swinerton Renewable Energy, Construction Innovations is manufacturing and supplying inverter skid assemblies, combiner box assemblies, and wire harness assemblies and feeder kits. The three projects combined total about 1.5 million solar panels capable of generating up to 120 MW of electricity, enough energy to power nearly 18,000 homes for a year.
